Book Review: A Reliable Wife

By Robert Goolrick

Rating: 3.5 stars.

This book told the story of a wealthy man who advertised for (and found) “a reliable wife” in the early 1900’s.  Well it turns out, the wife had a few secrets, as did the man.  An intriguing story about new beginnings and turning your back on the past at times, with poison, infidelity, travel, and the start of an answer to “what exactly is love” thrown into the mix.

Worth a read if you have a few extra hours.
