Tonight we tried two new cheeses: Bucheron Aged French Goat, and Belle Chevre. The french goat was creamy and smooth, with a firm texture. It was much milder than the chevre, and had a bit of a nutty flavor. The chevre was light and easy to spread, and was a little tart with citrus aftertastes. [...]
