This week, I’m traveling to Washington D.C. for a conference on Thursday, and then heading up to Baltimore to spend Saturday night and Sunday with Eric’s family once the conference has concluded. My food goal in November is to use up what we have in the freezer and pantry, since we’ve been terrible about cooking over the last few weeks, and we’re in the middle of our “travel season” where Eric and I are each starting to travel fairly often for the next two months.
Here’s what I’m hoping my week looks like:
Monday
60-minute run
Asian-Glazed Salmon, Farro Pilaf, Steamed Veggies
Tuesday
2:30 run
Pesto-Stuffed Shells, leftover Farro Pilaf, Steamed Veggies
Wednesday
yoga (lunch)
Dinner with friends (plus spending the night playing the game Bill wrote)
Thursday
1:30 run + drive to D.C.
Dinner in Georgetown
Friday
Stretching, maybe a walk
Dinner in D.C./Georgetown
Saturday
Stretching
Early Thanksgiving Dinner with Eric’s family in Baltimore
Sunday
60-minute run
Dinner in Baltimore (?) or on the road. Still need to firm up travel plans.
