Tonight we tried two new cheeses: Bucheron Aged French Goat, and Belle Chevre.
The french goat was creamy and smooth, with a firm texture. It was much milder than the chevre, and had a bit of a nutty flavor.
The chevre was light and easy to spread, and was a little tart with citrus aftertastes.
They were delicious! Stop by the Earth Fair counter and pick some up for yourself to try!
We at the creamery are so glad to know you liked our chevre! We work hard (not by machine but with our hands) to make it the best!
