Day 21 – a recipe.
The go-to dinner in our house is maple-glazed salmon. I can count on it to taste great no matter what kind of day I’ve had.
Put your salmon in a greased baking dish. Squeeze lime juice over, and then top with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, chili powder, and any other spices that sound good that day. You can also substitute sucanat for the brown sugar to keep it clean. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350. YUM!
