We all know October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. October 15 is National Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Day. This means October is also a month to remember the sweet babies that left us all too soon. 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer; 1 in 4 women will lose a baby. I am the face of baby loss. I am 1 in 4. I am a mother to an angel. Most miscarriages are unexplained. Chances are you know a mother who has experienced a loss. Chances are she is your friend, your neighbor, your family member. Please stop for a moment today to remember all the sweet babies who were taken too soon. They will never be forgotten.
