Banana-Caramel Brownies

YUM is all I can say. And it’s relatively healthy for you, and uses only FOUR ingredients too! Enjoy!

1 box brownie mix
1 can black beans
1 banana
Caramel sauce

Puree the black beans in a food processor, adding half a can of water at the end. Mix beans with brownie mix, adding additional water as needed to get the right cake-batter consistency. Pour into a prepared pan (I did 9×13, but 9×9 would work too), and bake as directed on the box (25 minutes or so for a 9×13 pan).

Once the brownies are done, slice up the banana and put the slices on top of a warm brownie or two. Drizzle caramel over the top, and you’re done! Easy and delicious!
